Texas does not require any company to offer health insurance benefits, although the Affordable Care Act (ACA) does. But not all companies are under the health care mandate. If your company has 1 to 50 full-time employees, you do not have to provide them with health insurance. However, offering coverage will make you a more attractive employer to employees evaluating their options.

Currently, we can serve businesses with a minimum of 2 employees and 5 total enrollees and as many as 500.

First, identify your objectives and budget. Instead of working with a broker or third-party administrator, consider working directly with us to streamline the process. You do not need to wait until your existing plan cycle ends either. Our team will help you transition mid-year if needed. 

Your costs will depend on what percentage of employee premiums you will cover, how many employees choose to participate, and if you will pay for employees only or employees and their dependents. The type of plan you provide will also influence costs (and your employees’ costs).
